Southland Homes + Realty was founded in 2020 by Joshua Caruso and Alicia Hill Love, who will continue to serve as brokers in charge. The company has grown to two offices and closed 122 transactions totaling $44 million in 2023.
The Allen Tate Monroe / Southland Homes + Realty office opened in 2020 and is located at 2304 A Roland Drive, near US Hwy 74 in Monroe. Caruso is broker-in-charge for the Monroe location. The Allen Tate Matthews-Idlewild / Southland Homes + Realty office opened in 2022 and is located at 13124 Idlewild Road in Matthews. Love is broker-in-charge for the Matthews-Idlewild location.
Both offices primarily serve clients in Union and Mecklenburg counties, as well as the greater Charlotte area and the Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach (SC) area.
